System Components

The system architecture is composed of six battery clusters, each comprising eight high-performance battery packs, designed to deliver scalable and modular energy storage. These clusters are integrated with a Power Distribution Unit (PDU), a DC combiner box for efficient current aggregation, a centralized Energy Management System (EMS) for intelligent control and optimization, a precision thermal management system to maintain optimal operating temperatures, and a dedicated fire suppression system to ensure safety in emergency scenarios.

The system is equipped with advanced external communication interfaces, enabling reliable and continuous data exchange with external devices such as Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and fire protection systems. This connectivity facilitates real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and seamless coordination across all subsystems. Designed for high availability and resilience, the system can operate safely and stably under varying load conditions over extended periods, making it well-suited for demanding grid-tied or off-grid energy storage applications.
